Appointment Confirmation Policy

Email – confirmation of appointment booking is sent out at time of making the booking

Email – appointment booking reminder is sent out two (2) days prior to your booked appointment time

SMS – appointment reminder is sent the day before your appointment

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge by notifying the clinic before 4pm on the business day before your booked appointment so that we can then offer your appointment time to another client

Cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged the ‘No Show Policy’ fee which is 100% of the booked appointment – see COVID-19 Policy for further details

COVID-19 Policy – this policy may be amended as restrictions/requirements are amended

Effective 9 July 2020 and until further notice, all clients entering the clinic premises are required to wear a surgical or cloth facial mask at all times – bandanas / scarfs / clothing are not acceptable face coverings permitted in the clinic

Effective 16 March 2020 and until further notice, ONLY Musculoskeletal Therapy services will be offered

Effective 16 March 2020 and until further notice, this clinic is to adhere to and abide by Social Distancing Restrictions and Physical Contact Requirements as defined by the Victorian Government

Effective 16 March 2020 and until further notice, this clinic is to adhere to and abide by Hygiene Protocols for the defined treatment room and the premises the treatment room is located at

Effective 1 May 2020 and until further notice, all cancellations on the day of your booked appointment will incur the ‘No Show Policy’ fee which is 100% of the fee of the booked appointment – this is due to the pre-treatment health screening that is to be conducted, we are unable to take walk-ins or book appointments for that day as I cannot confirm the health status prior to attending the clinic premises (this is applied without discrimination but is for the safety of myself and other clients entering the premises)

Effective 28 October 2020 and until further notice, each client is required to complete a COVID-19 contact tracing form prior to attending for your treatment – if this form is not fully completed and submitted, I regret to advise your appointment will not proceed

Effective 28 October 2020 and until further notice, upon entry to the clinic premises, all clients and visitors are to register their details by holding their mobile phone camera up to the QR code placed at the entrances to the premises – these details are required to be obtained to assist with contact tracing, if required

No Show Policy

If you do not notify us or you do not show up for your booked appointment, a missed appointment fee is charged – the fee is 100% of the booked appointment

Late Arrivals Policy

If you arrive late, your appointment duration may have to be shortened to accommodate those clients whose appointments follow yours

Regardless of the length of the appointment time actually given, you are responsible for the full fee of the booked appointment time allocated as this time was reserved for you

Payment of Invoices Policy

Full payment of your invoice is payable at the time of consultation and treatment

If you are a WorkSafe Victoria client or a client who has a care package that is payable by the provider who is managing your package, for example self-funded NDIS, you are only required to pay your out-of-pocket portion

If an invoice remains unpaid for seven (7) business days, a letter is sent requesting immediate payment and if such payment is not received, the invoice maybe forwarded onto a collection agency

Pre-payment for any future consultations and treatments may be requested when booking appointment(s)

Waiting List Policy

If you choose to be placed on the waiting list for a particular day and/or time, you will receive a SMS advising of last minute availability

Upon receiving this SMS, you have 2hrs in which to respond ‘yes’ or ‘no’

If no SMS response is received within the 2hrs, then the next client on the waiting list is informed of last minute availability

Booking an appointment is confirmation and acknowledgement of these policies

All policies are applied without discrimination
